The rare performance matches two heavy hitters in the Americana/singer-songwriter genre. McMurtry’s “We Can’t Make it Here” was named Song of the Decade by Bob Lefsetz (Lefsetz Letter) and by Grant Alden (NoDepression.com), while Fullbright recently received a Grammy nod for Americana Album of the Year alongside heavyweights Bonnie Raitt and The Avett Brothers.
