2021 Music Fellowship from National Endowment for the Arts

It's the little things that keep the creative lifestyle fueled. I'm honored to receive a Performing Arts Fellowship in Music from the Wyoming Arts Council and National Endowment for the Arts. Thanks to the folks in the Wyoming State Legislature for allocating federal funds to the arts for the opportunity. The Council’s support in helping to showcase my work over the next year will be a solid motivator towards Album #10. Firing up the typewriter now in the spirit of gratitude.

Cheers to the other recipients in Visual Arts, Creative Writing, and Performing Arts: https://wyoarts.state.wy.us/announcing-the-wyoming-arts.../

Things have been rolling in the studio—near the finish line for tracking the debut Coyote Queen record and its sounding stellar. Also working through a batch of 4-6 songs for a solo EP for early summer. All the while, I'm taking some production classes and composing more instrumental music for sync licensing and film placement. "Firewater" was licensed three times in 2020 and I'm thankful for it. Be well and stay creative out there!
